All car purchases are considered final once payment has been made and ownership has been transferred. Because vehicles are physical assets with variable conditions, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.
Deposits made to reserve a vehicle are non-refundable unless the vehicle becomes unavailable or the cancellation is initiated by Vistone Auto Hub.
If you cancel before the purchase process is complete, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
If you have booked a car online and wish to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations made after that period may incur a processing fee or result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refunds (where applicable) are only processed in cases such as:
Vehicle unavailability after payment
Duplicate or incorrect transaction
Mistaken overpayment
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Once a vehicle is delivered, registered, or ownership is transferred, no refund or return can be accepted. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test the vehicle before final payment.
